• Orders below ₹5,000: A shipping charge of ₹150 applies.
• Orders of ₹5,000 and above: Free shipping.

When will my order reach me?

Shipping Within India

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–4 working days, depending on your location. This means you can expect your order to reach you within approximately 2–7 working days from the date of placing your order.

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Customised Orders

Orders involving customisations may take longer to dispatch and deliver. The estimated timeline will depend on the specific customisation requested and will be communicated to you accordingly.

International Shipping

International shipping charges vary depending on the destination country.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other import charges imposed by the destination country.

The buyer is solely responsible for paying all applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, and any other fees required at the time of import.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Where are my tracking details?

As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking details.

Courier Partners

We currently ship orders through DTDC and India Post. The courier partner for your order may be selected based on your delivery location and service availability.

Important: Tampered Parcels

Please do not accept a parcel if it appears to be tampered with, damaged, or opened. We will not be responsible for parcels accepted despite visible signs of tampering.
